Shipping policy

Purchases made with credit cards are authorized within up to 24 hours. The shipping process will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is being prepared.

Orders are packed and handed over to the carrier within up to 3 (three) business days after payment confirmation. Subscription orders are shipped within up to 5 (five) business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Average Delivery Time: The average delivery time is approximately 10 (ten) business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note: Some products may require a longer preparation time than usual, exceeding the standard 3 (three) business days. Therefore, always check the estimated preparation and delivery time displayed at checkout.

Our deliveries are handled by trusted shipping carriers.

The delivery timeframe is shown at checkout and includes the preparation time plus the shipping time provided by the carrier.

The number of days displayed is an estimate based on each carrier’s process and may vary, either earlier or later than expected.
